Investor democracy

 A special feature of the Danish Investment Foundation is investor democracy. It is the investors who elect the majority of the Board members in investment companies. It is also the investors who elect the Board of Directors of the Danish Investment Foundation via their company representatives/Boards of Directors.

Investors in one of Danish Investment Foundation's projects thus have co-determination.
